You can cancel your Refresh Membership membership at any time before your next billing cycle with no penalty. Refresh sessions vest after 6 months and 12 months of active membership respectively, each valid for 90 days from the date they unlock. Cancelling before a session vests means that session is not owed. The session fee paid at booking is non-refundable regardless of membership status. Yes. A service agreement covering your session details, image rights, usage licensing, the reshoot guarantee, and cancellation terms is sent for e-signature after booking. You will need to sign it before your session date is confirmed. The agreement is straightforward and protects both parties.

Simple and form-fitting. For your core look: a black or white tank or fitted tee, black or blue fitted jeans or black pants, and clean shoes (black heels for women, clean sneakers or dress shoes for men). Avoid logos, patterns, neon colors, baggy pieces, and jewelry that could leave marks. If you have a Second Look booked, pack that outfit separately. The full Wardrobe and Pose Guide is sent immediately after booking.
