Membership Terms

Billing
Your Refresh Club membership is billed at $49 every 4 weeks, beginning on the date of your first session payment. Your membership continues automatically until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time by emailing josh@coronelcreative.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no further charges will occur after that date.

Session fee & membership fee are independent
The session fee paid to book your Agency-Ready Digitals session ($329, or $699 for the Year Bundle) is a separate, non-refundable charge for your studio session and deliverables.
Your session fee is not part of your membership billing and is not affected by cancellation of your Refresh Club membership. Canceling your membership does not entitle you to a refund on your session fee.

How refresh sessions work
Refresh Club members receive two complimentary refresh sessions per membership year. Sessions vest — are earned — on the following schedule:

Unlocked refresh sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the date they vest. Sessions not booked within that window expire and are not carried forward.
The 90-day validity window begins on the vest date regardless of whether the membership is still active. Cancellation does not pause, reset, or restart this window. A session that has vested but whose 90-day window has already closed is expired and is not owed, even if the membership was still active when the window closed.

What happens if you cancel
Your entitlement to refresh sessions depends on how long your membership was active at the time of cancellation:
- Cancel before month 6 — no refresh sessions have vested and none are owed.
- Cancel between month 6 and month 12 — your first refresh session remains valid only if its 90-day window has not yet closed. Your second has not vested and is not owed.
- Cancel after month 12 — both sessions have vested. Any unused sessions remain valid only if their respective 90-day windows have not yet closed.
Cancellation does not accelerate vesting. You cannot cancel and claim sessions that have not yet vested. Both sessions cannot be claimed simultaneously at cancellation.

Membership perks on cancellation
The following benefits are active only during an active membership period and end on the date your membership cancels:
- Priority booking windows around key casting periods
- Access to the private members-only casting and test-shoot channel
- Member pricing on add-ons — walk videos, Second Look Add-On, extra edited images
Vested but unexpired refresh sessions remain valid as described in section 03. All other perks end immediately upon cancellation.

Year Bundle
The Agency-Ready Year Bundle ($699) is a discounted annual membership, pre-paid in full at purchase, bundled with your core session. It operates on the same refresh session schedule as a standard monthly membership — the only difference is that billing is settled upfront rather than every 4 weeks.
Both refresh sessions vest and expire on the same timeline as described in section 03:

Because the full year is pre-paid, both vest dates are known at the time of purchase. Session 1 vests at the 6-month mark regardless of whether the membership remains active. Session 2 vests at the 12-month mark. The 90-day redemption window and expiry rules in section 03 apply equally to Year Bundle members.
Cancellation of a Year Bundle does not entitle you to a refund of the bundle price. Any vested, unexpired refresh sessions remain redeemable following cancellation. Sessions whose 90-day window has closed are expired and not owed.

Guarantee
If you or your agent are not thrilled with at least three (3) delivered images within 7 days of delivery, email specific written feedback and Coronel Creative will provide one complimentary 30-minute reshoot within 30 days, with the session fee waived.
This guarantee applies to your original session and any vested, unexpired refresh sessions. It does not apply to sessions that had not yet vested at the time of cancellation, or to sessions whose 90-day validity window had already closed. No monetary refunds are offered — the complimentary reshoot is the sole remedy for dissatisfaction with creative results.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Coronel Creative reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to active members.
